Nora graduated from Luther College in 2008 with a B.A. in social work and Spanish. She served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member with the Foundation in 2008-2009 and then as the project manager of the VISTA program in 2009-2010. In 2011, Nora completied her Master of Social Work at the University of Minnesota while working part-time as a grants associate. Beginning August 2011, Nora is the half-time grants program coordinator while also working half time at the Greater Twin Cities United Way.
